BIG's VISION

BIG Poland, part of the European structure of BIG Shopping Centers, launched its presence on the Polish market in spring 2022, investing in two large shopping centers in the retail park format – in Andrychów and Lubin. Currently, BIG Poland’s portfolio includes seven retail parks – the previous two were joined by parks in Łubna, Gorzów, Ostróda, Myszków and Włocławek.

Since then, BIG’s involvement on the Polish retail market has been dynamically strengthening, both through the introduction of the global “BIG” brand and highly convenient, attractive shopping offer for customers, as well as through the implementation of the company’s business strategy proven on many other markets.

It is based on building long-term relationships with tenants, based on trust, assurance and partnership.

With these principles BIG Poland is dynamically developing its portfolio of retail properties, currently worth over EUR 60 million.

BIG Expansion

Further expansion of the BIG shopping centers’ portfolio in Poland includes facilities at various stages of development.

These include projects e.g. in Olkusz, where BIG is designing another facility and is finalizing necessary permits, and in Piła, where on already acquired plot the new retail park with a total area of 40,000 sq m GLA will be built.

Additionally, BIG Poland has clearly outlined plans for much broader expansion, covering many other locations.

Thanks to this, extremely convenient and attractive shopping in facilities under the BIG brand will arrive throughout Poland.
